Lindsey Jones: Founding Partner
I am Lindsey and I love to see people and teams develop, surpass their expectations and achieve successes they’d never imagined. I formally launched The NineDot Partnership in 2016 and I am delighted to introduce our services to you.
I am genuinely passionate about optimising individuals and building stellar teams; I am always thrilled when a group transforms from a cluster of individuals doing their best, to become a unified, dynamic team where the strengths of each member, complement, align and magnify to become the power of a truly optimised team.
Having worked in industry for over 25 years and with the last decade spent in HR and People Development roles both in the UK and overseas, I am able to bring the very best of practices and methodologies to my clients.
In addition to being CIM and CIPD certified, I’ve developed and honed new skills and I’m proud to have trained with the best (Paul McKenna and Dr. Richard Bandler) and as a result I am a licensed Hypnotherapist, a Master NLP Practitioner, a trained Coach and a PRISM Practitioner.
With my passion for sport I am also a certified Personal Trainer and will be launching a new offering combining PT with mental ‘fitness’ to enable personal sporting goals to be realised.

In 2018 Lindsey welcomed two Associates to The NineDot Partnership:
Rebecca Jones, MA.(Ed). PGCE, DipPCH
Hello, I’m Rebecca. I am a fully certified and registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, Education Consultant, Mentor and Coach and an award-winning teacher.
A teacher for 20 years I received a National Teacher of the Year Award, ran three departments and became a Lead Practitioner in the Local Authority, a Literacy Co-ordinator, and received a National Award.
I gained the award in the Urban Leadership category of the National Teaching Awards for my role in turning around the successes of a school in a deprived area of Greater Manchester.
I have since worked and taught for the United Nations and the British Council in a variety of countries including Egypt, India, and Kazakhstan developing projects in Education for refugees, diplomats, State Education Authorities, Government sectors, and Embassy staff.
Having trained with Dr. Richard Bandler & Paul McKenna, I now run a successful practice (London – Manchester – Paris – St. Malo), and work with clients worldwide. As well as running my private practice, I work with schools and run workshops, seminars, and host retreats for schools and educational institutions.
I am delighted to be a part of Lindsey’s Partnership practice; Lindsey (no relation!) and I met, trained and worked alongside each other several years ago and I was impressed with her concept of developing optimisation techniques for business and education.
As the former UK Training Manager for Swarovski UK, I have always been passionate about enabling people to reach their potential.
Now, as a certified Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, ACAS Mediator and NVQ1 Assessor, I build collaborative and trust-based relationships, which motivate and inspire my clients and delivers them the success they are seeking.
I have been a Group Director for four years at the Oxford Summer School Retail Academy run at Keble College Oxford and I was also the Group Director at the Foundation School for New Retail Managers at St. Catherine’s College, Oxford.
In developing office teams, I support their efforts to optimise team-working and collaboration through a series of effective team workshops. One-to-one coaching within the office, enabling individuals and new managers to progress, is something I really enjoy.
I have an extensive understanding of Belbin and Tuckmans self-awareness and team-building tools and use these in workshops to help clients to understand their own style and how to communicate, interact and work effectively with people who have a different personality profiles and styles.
I met Lindsey after reading a piece she’d written in the press on effective communication, it resonated with me on every level. It was clear that Lindsey and I had very similar experiences and approaches to people development and I am delighted to be part of her team.
